The trainings are based on my 20 years of experience in the service industry in various roles and 6 years of experience in psychotherapy and counseling. The practicality of the themes allows them to be used immediately both personally and in a team context, helping to create a friendlier service environment. It is important to consider from time to time whether shared values ​​and goals need to be supplemented and whether the team needs support in resolving conflicts or concerns.

The training includes a theoretical part, practical exercises, guided self-analysis and answers to questions.

Our trainings, seminars and stories are suitable for team events, training days, work seminars and summer days.
I conduct trainings at your company on site or online. If desired, also in English.

"Abc of hospitable customer service"

In this training, we will practically explore hospitality and its importance in growing a business. We discover how to promote great service, behavior and attitude and retain customers iagain and again  coming back. Let's see how to keep work joy, brilliance and focus and how to understand and deal with different types of customers. In addition, we explore how to endure and enjoy both intense and quiet periods of work and how to overcome obstacles. In training let's consider Pareto principle and many other exciting things that will help develop your company and team and create great experiences for your customers.

The full-length training lasts 4.5 hours with refreshment breaks. It is possible  also order a shorter version.

is intended for all teams and collectives who want to build mutually supportive relationships and promote the practical skills of each team member to maintain their mental and physical health. In this training, we explore the nature and importance of a team and learn to create a collaborative and mutually supportive environment. We also look at how to find common goals and values ​​and how to resolve concerns, obstacles and conflicts. We handle the service physical and emotional values, supportive attitudes and levels of communication. In addition, I share practical self-care and stress-relief tips and techniques to help maintain joy, focus and brilliance at work and support mental, emotional and physical health. A happier and healthier employee means a more successful company!
