HAPPINESS THERAPY OR RADICAL FORGIVENESS

HAPPINESS therapy or Radical Forgiveness (RA) is a journey from guilt, disappointment and regret to forgiveness, freedom and to joy.
Colin Tipping, the creator of the RA method, emphasizes that our choice is not about having an experience, but how long we remain in the role of suffering from that experience. RA helps to get rid of victimhood and guilt and create a more conscious and joyful life.

HAPPINESS therapy or Radical Forgiveness (RA) õnne and contentment through freedom from self-pity and suffering. Living in victimhood, you cannot be truly happy. It is not possible to be in two emotional states at the same time.

Radical forgiveness, or RA, helps to get rid of past patterns, guilt and from the role of "sufferer".. Although the sense of victimhood may remain, it is important to understand that it is not an integral part of your identity. Blame and guilt take away life energy that could be used to create a more conscious and joyful life. Radical forgiveness teaches that there is no need to hold on to the stories of the past, helping to get rid of guilt and the role of the victim in relation to oneself and others.

HAPPINESS THERAPY or RA is effective if you have:

  • General dissatisfaction with life: stress, anxiety, sense of meaninglessness of life, lack of purpose in life, low income, poor physical/mental health, etc.

  1. Sharing your story: You get the opportunity to express, discover and map your experiences and the feeling of being a "victim".
  2. Feeling emotions and taking responsibility: You allow yourself to feel all emotions and focus on expressing them in a safe space and in a restrained manner.
  3. Collapsing the story: By moving in the direction of understanding, compassion and empathy when discovering your story, you can separate all your own interpretations, judgments and expectations and deal with the facts.
  4. The emergence of a new story: After discovering and releasing negative emotions and repetitive disturbing thoughts, there is You the opportunity to understand the motives behind them and get rid of about being a "victim".
  5. Integration: You integrate all your experience in a holistic way through various practices.

The process of radical forgiveness therapy

All therapy consists of at least three meetings, which are designed to help you resolve past issues and open up new opportunities in life.

At the first meeting (up to 2 hours): Dating, Mapping your story and identifying and creating inner resources.

At the first meeting (up to 2 hours): Delving into the story of “being a victim”, releasing negative emotions and creating a new story.

At the third meeting (up to 1h): Integration and sharing of insights, about two weeks after the second meeting.

Meetings will take place in Hiiumaa, Tallinn, Pärnu and via video bridge.

 

HAPPINESS THERAPY or Radical Forgiveness group work

is a healing and supportive environment where people can share their experiences together and learn the principles of radical forgiveness. During the group work, various exercises, discussions and practical activities will take place, which will help the participants to understand and apply the method of radical forgiveness in their lives. 

Group dynamics and support help people go deeper in their healing journey and create and discover new opportunities and perspectives to solve past worries. Together, joy, support and inspiration are shared, creating an opportunity for participants to discover and consciously create inner peace and happiness through radical forgiveness practices.

Upon agreement, we can also find another suitable time. You can write to me about your special requests.

My practical experience shows that if you have a quiet, comfortable and safe space for online meetings, where you can be alone and express yourself freely, the meetings are just as effective. A stable internet connection is also important.

It is possible to pay in cash on the spot or by transfer before the meeting.

The room is comfortable and warm. In winter, I only recommend taking warm socks with you.
