Möödunud nĂ€dalavahetuse “Õnneteraapia ehk radikaalse andestamise nĂ€dalavahetusest” on mind saatma jÀÀnud grupiga koos avastatud sĂ”ltuvus.

đŸ”„Alateadlik sĂ”ltuvus kannatusest ja kannataja seisundist.

KĂ”lab karmilt? Aga oi kui tuttavalt? đŸ«Ł

Ehk kui ristteel olles on valik kerguse, rÔÔmu ja kannatuse (ka draama) vahel, valid alateadlikult ikka selle viimase.

Miks?

Sest see on tuttav koht kus olla ja oma ebamugavusest hoolimata, oled sa sellega ju harjunud.

Enamasti on “kurjajuureks” siin ka sinu enda alateadlikud negatiivsed uskumused nagu nĂ€iteks:

“ma ei vÀÀri”

“ma pole armastust vÀÀrt”

“ma pean ĂŒksi hakkama saama”

â€œĂŒkskĂ”ik kui palju ma pingutan, see pole kunagi piisavalt hea”

“teised on minust paremad”

jne jne

🍁Oled sa kuulnud kuulujuttu, et iga mĂ”te on tegu? Ja iga mĂ”te loob?

Need kÔik on nÀited minu enda elust, mis aeg-ajalt end erinevate elu olukordadega taas nÀhtavale toovad. 

Sellest vaatenurgast on kĂ”ik minu elukogemused ja mu teele sattunud “kaikad” justkui kingitus, et saaksin elu peegeldusest oma negatiivseid uskumusi avastada. 

Ja olles neid avastanud ja vabastanud (erinevate praktikatega), avaneb mul vÔimalus neist vÀlja astuda ja valida hoopis seda kerguse poolt. 

Ja mitte enam kannatust.

🍁Ka see on radikaalse andestamise teekond. MĂ”istmine ja mĂ”tteviis, et elu ei juhtu minuga vaid minule. Ja et kusagil siin segaduses ja vĂ”ib-olla ka valus, on minu vĂ”imalus vaimselt kasvada ja iseenda sisemist jĂ”udu, mille olemasolust ma ei pruugi tedalikki olla, avastada.

đŸ”„Muidugi on kogemusi ja elusĂ”lmesid, mis vajavad sĂŒgavamalt avastamist aga selle jaoks ma sinu teekaaslaseks olla saangi!
